Amazing sushi. At other sushi places, there are menu items that I don't like. At Suzuran, the rice and the fish are just perfect and I love the same pieces that I don't like at other places. The owner told me once it took him three years to get a batch of rice perfect before his teacher was happy with it. I'm from Vancouver and I make sure to eat at Suzuran every time I go to PG. ..More Reviews
